Accommodio issues the invoice directly to you, and all payments are made directly to us. We take full responsibility for the accommodation booking and coordination.

Yes. If a client requires specific payment conditions, we are happy to discuss and agree on a solution that works for both parties.

A contract is not mandatory. However, if you prefer to have a formal agreement in place, we are happy to sign one, including your own template if needed.

You will stay in direct contact with us throughout the entire stay. A dedicated contact person is assigned to your project, and you can also reach our team at service@accommodio.eu. We are available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.

We take full responsibility. If the accommodation does not meet the agreed standards, we will arrange alternative housing at our own cost. Such situations are extremely rare in practice.

Each booking has its own cancellation policy. The applicable terms are always clearly stated in the offer before confirmation.

No. All offers are free of charge and non-binding.

You provide us with your requirements, such as location, dates, team size, and any specific needs. We then prepare suitable accommodation options and send you an offer. Once approved, we handle the full booking and coordination process.

Basic details are enough to get started: location, number of people, estimated length of stay, and any special requirements. We will clarify any additional details if needed.

Yes. We manage extensions, early check-outs, and date changes throughout the stay, subject to availability and the applicable cancellation policy.

Yes. We are used to urgent and last-minute requests and can often prepare and send accommodation offers almost immediately. Our current record is 13 minutes from receiving the request.

Yes. We organise accommodation for both single employees and large project teams. This includes coordinating multiple properties, phased arrivals, and adjusting capacity as team size changes during a project.

Yes. All accommodation we arrange is fully furnished and ready for immediate use, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We do not provide flights or car rentals as a standard service. However, in individual cases, we may assist with coordination or recommendations.

If something stops working during the stay (e.g., a washing machine or other equipment), we organise a technician and coordinate the repair as quickly as possible.

We arrange accommodation worldwide, depending on project requirements and location.

We work strictly within the client’s agreed budget. All costs are clearly included in the final price-accommodation, utilities, local charges, and our service fee. There are no hidden costs or additional charges.
